False Advertising And Poor Support

These people dont do any sort of validation of how promotions are run on their own application and if there is an error in processing they quick to pass the blame on the business but where did the transaction happen? On their app

From a consumer eligibility perspective I dont think im the only person that has been victim to this businesses false adverti*****ts and promotions and I dont think im the last to complain, even when reaching out to their support channels you as a consumer will always be at a loss because it costs more for them to dispute with the business, you as the ordinary person have no chance,

Even if the promotion Clearly says buy 1 get 1 free dont place your hopes to high or reliance on this group to assure you are treated fairly It should not be incumbent on me as the customer to pay extra for something that was advertised yet expected to pay for this how its free then ?
