False advertising and poor service

I ordered from Mcdonalds yesterday for a buy one get one promotion and when my order was delivered I received one meal. I contacted then and they made an excuse that I did not select 2 meals and I know I did. They ignored me after that.

They always bring my drinks with ice when I select that I do not want ice. They do not read the notes and when you request change they come without change. They do not call the number that you put under notes.
