False Advertising

‪Uber Eats just decided to con me out of my food and money!‬

‪purchased a buy one get one free on selected restaurants and Bin Rashied was one of them! When I got my order I did NOT receive my free meal with my original order! ‬

I even called Bin Rashied and they said they’d get back to me TWICE!

‪Ubereats just said they were unable to refund me! And removed Bin Rashied off from the list after they decided not to honor and sent me a response which was a complete lie! To get out of refunding me my money!

Is this the kind of customer service we experience in the country?
