false advertising

i ordered the buy 1 get 1 free spicy mcfolder meal under mcdonald, which i would share the cost with my colleague on 23/11/2019, the driver delivered only one meal and when i enquired about the other he told me thats what mcdonald gave him but i should contact ubereats, i did so via their app and after numerous back and forth interactions with them i was refunded the R10 delivery fee, i told them i'm not concerned about the delivery fee but the undelivered meal, they came back after days and told me they can't help me with the other meal, i mean thats false advertising then because we ordered the combo but only my colleague had the one meal and i starved throughout the day at work on that day and next thing they tell me i cant be helped, pathetic!
