Extremely Rude Driver and Unsafe Delivery

The UberEats driver (Caleb - HD 08 KK GP) arrived with the food by the parking lot and not deliver by the door as per the UberEats app instructions. The driver then calls me to complain on how he has been sitting outside for an hour, which I asked why he is not delivering the food by the door. I then got someone to go find him by the parking lot and collect the food, following I tried to notify the driver that someone is coming to collect the food, he continued being rude by saying he is not seeing anyone by him. Eventually when someone got to him to get the food, he was fuming with anger and made statement that "Blacks are like that when ordering food through Uber". We are not even sure if it is safe to eat the food. Maybe UberEats app needs to have a race selection in this case so their drivers do not have to deal with "Blacks".
