Extremely Poor Service. No delivery

A friend told me about her order that was never delivered and someone also told her that's what the Uber eats drivers do. They eat your food which you pay for and you won't get a refund. So today I place an order after months of not ordering on Uber eats. I go into the app to track my order and it says the driver tried to contact me but my phone never rang. Ok I see he is 2 minutes away. It then changes to 1 minute and everything just disappears. I couldn't get hold of anyone who could assist. A bunch of ****** I'm telling. MR Delivery has never disappointed me like this ever.
