Extremely poor service

Seriously fed-up with your customer service! My order was canceled due to the fact that the driver could not locate me and I could not meet him as I have a sprained ankle. After submitting this to you I it was made an assumption that It was my fault! After I had called the driver, explained in great detail and he was the one that did not understand due to his lack of English understanding!! I don't want a promo code I wish to not use your services again I want my money refunded to me as this was not my fault!!!!!!
