Extremely poor service

I placed and order on uber eats and the goodie box maponya mall, over 2 hours ago, till now the restaurant is still preparing my food, iam extremely disappointed in uber eats and its partners. Extraordinary poor service from both businesses. I now have to try to find food given the fact that there are lockdown regulations right now.
