Extremely Disappointed with Uber's Overcharging Tactics

During a recent trip, I was shocked to discover that Uber had charged me R180 for the ride, but when the trip ended, I was billed a staggering R243. This significant discrepancy has left me questioning Uber's integrity and transparency in their pricing practices.

I am deeply concerned that Uber is taking advantage of its customers by not providing accurate upfront pricing and then overcharging them without any explanation. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I cannot in good conscience recommend Uber to anyone who values fair and honest service.
