Extremely bad experience from the UberEats driver

Ubereats disappointed me beyond explanation. I ordered 3 streetwise 2 pap meals and regular chips only to receive 2 streetwise 2 meals and chips. After being told that the driver will be here @8:30pm latest he arrived here @9pm with an order that had missing items, 1 meal was missing. When I called the driver he told after being so hungry and frustrated when I saw him not moving, standing in one spot in ABSA, he told me he had been given a wrong address for his other order and didn’t know what to do so I suggested he bring my order instead of waiting because he was only 2 minutes away from me, he hung up and when I called again he never answered my several phone calls. And because Ubereats has that “leave at the door” option, I chose that option because it was late and dark outside because there was no electricity BUT your driver parked on the side of the road(not even by the gate) and threatens to leave with my order if I didn’t go to him to fetch it. To top all that off, the profile was totally misleading, it had a woman named Precious’s picture who’s supposedly driving a Ford figo but the delivery person was a man on a s******, a very rude man with a sticking attitude. This was by far the worst experience ever. I used to love ubereats but now going forward I’ll only use it because I don’t like the other alternatives. The driver’s contact number was ***
