Extreme delay on uber eats

So is this how long food should take. I ordered at 21h26 the time is 23h13. the resturaunt is approx 5kms away. The live chat was of no help and I called the resturaunt for them to tell me my food has been ready for a while, no uber courier has collected it yet. terriblr experience and unhelpful service. I want answers uber!!! My food stll hasnt arrived
