Expected to pay for damaged order

Driver took a 45 minute detour. When he finally decided to show up I had to go and fetch him in the street and ask him to come into the complex after it was made clear they deliver to your door. Needless to say the food is cold, but 95% of my R250.00 order is completely damaged. When this was pointed out to the driver all he had to say was "Eish...". Never going to use this service again.
