EXCTREMLY BAD SERVICE

Today was my fist time ordering from Ubereats, people at my office always order from them, so I also tried today, NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER FROM AGAIN. the driver arrived and called me, I told him to come into the office, which all the other drivers for the other people do ALL THE TIME, I couldn't hear him, then he just put the phone down in my ear!!!!! I tried calling him he doesn't answer. Now my delivery shows as delivered and I have many times requested help, and absolutely nothing, I paid for something I NEVER received!!!!! I WANT MY MONY BACK!!!!
