Excellent service!

I ordered a pizza for my son and when it was delivered I told the driver to leave it with security. The driver asked me for the pin which I gave him via the app. We could not trace the order and I desperately wanted to get hold of the driver which turned out to be impossible. After choosing several options on the app I was given a refund. We eventually found the order. I never wanted a refund and have not been able to get hold of Uber eats to cancel the refund. The app is not user friendly and there is no way of speaking to someone. Having said that, their service is excellent!
