1 star is too much.I ordered food at work.I put in my work address.The uber drive arrived at an address with the exact same name as our buildings.He sent messages that he was outside when I went out he was not there.I sent Uber eats a picture of my work address but they say they wont refund me as the driver followed the policy.Seeing that the name of the buildings are the same, why couldnt I go pick up my food if the delivery was unsuccessful.
