Entire Order wrong

I ordered Oreo McFlurry and Chilli Cheese Fries from UberEats and Macdonalds Hatfield, on delivery my entire order was wrong.

I was able to complain about my McFlurry order on the Uber Eats but not able to complain about the Chicken Tenders
