Engine Empire Horrible service

The Uber eats service is very disheartening as I made an order for 3 packs of cupcakes yet only received 1 was received. I was charged for 3 and only received 1.Precious from Engine Woolworths Foodstop Empire is very rude and unprofessional making reference that I am only complaining because she is black. It's very worrisome that that representatives will bring race into discussion to avoid accountability. She was even laughing in the background with her colleagues.Can Uber refund my money and take back the order as I am no longer interested in it.
