i ordered my food with card and the food never arrived even though on the app it says complete and there is no way for me to contact the driver after the transaction and last time after paying my full cash amount the driver reported me for paying less and now i have a negative balance whereas i had paid my full amount i am very hungry and angry and theres nothing i can do except give a bad rating
