****ed with this App and its Customer Support!!

I am disgusted by your service and even your customer support is useless...My mom used my uber eats app and received the order but she mistakenly pressed to join the uberone membership and she was deducted R500 on her card on top of the order amount!! Now all her debit orders are gonna bounce n***a!!! Your app keeps on saying i should use HELP option with no response...Fix this as your app is not user friendly!!!
