On the 25th of Feb 2025 I made place my order using the Uber eat app and I saw that I double ordered n try to cancel it and check how far my order was on the app and saw it on process of been preparing n asked the agent of the Uber eat to cancel it but they made all the excuses Dat they already preparing the order but dat is the thing the order wasn't done yet so I ddnt understand why wasn't cancel so Uber eat it's just a **** and it has poor service I deleted the app with immediately effect.
