The driver by the name of Kama never delivered my food, I was waiting for him 5 minutes before the arrival time outside at the security gate and he never came, only to go check on my app they say my food was delivered, I requested a refund from ubereats they are refusing confirming the driver followed the right protocol, which they don't have proof of it. I never received any call confirming that my order is outside, I tried call the driver he was not answering
