I ordered food but it never arrived. The driver called but when I answered the line was quiet, next he was asking for the name of the complex where he was supposed to deliver the. I saw a picture of the food on the side of the road.

When I tried to contact UberEats they said the driver comp**** with their policy so no refund will be issues.

I will never use their service as it’s pathetic and is being abused by their drivers.

I checked CCTV footage at the complex and there is no sign of the delivery.
