Dusgusting Customer Service-*******

If I could give UberEats a negative review I would. Last week my Bf and I ordered uber eats only to have our order delivered late, cold and stale. when submitting a complaint I emphasized the fact that all the food was stale and took a photo of the food. They then proceeded to refund only the fries, nevermind the burgers or the delivery fee. This evening I then ordered again, and when my delivery person messaged to tell me he was outsied, I told him he isnt and he must be at the incorrect address. I then gave him instructions on what the correct house looks like and proceeded to open the gate. All the time watching the security camera to see when he arrived. Nobody arrived and he simply marked my order as delivered but I never received it. Upon complaining to the company I was told that the upon investigation, the driver "followed their procedures". If they had bothered to look further than their noses, they would have seen I tried to call the driver multiple times and was speaking with him over the chat feature on the app, but to no avail. Seriously poor conduct.
