Dusgusted with Uber Eats

Horrible experience. I ordered a meal from Chicken Licken on the 25th Sept, I waited outside my building for over an hour. No Delivery guy. My order then reflects as delivered.

when I called in to query this, I was told that the driver was waiitng for a very long time outside and the order was taken back and no refudnd will be given.

I was later told after a fight that a refund will be done and it will reflect iwithin a few days. its almsot a month later and still no refund or credit. The Uber Eats think they are doing you a favor. this service is not free.

then i noticed they have an invoice reflecting the refund which i never got and it wasnt for the amount of my order.

today, the credit reflects as R7.00 my order was R160.
