Dupped by UberEats and Driver

So yesterday I ordered from KFC and a driver named Patrick was supposed to deliver my order. I send Patrick specific instuctions on how to find me and where to leave my order. Patrick does not get to my buidling, tells me he is buy security as the main gate I resend details on how to find me, he then comes inside the business park, takes a pic of my order on top of his bike and completes my order as delivered. I do not find my order, I try to call the guy and someone else picks up and says I do not work for Uber. So I am been ********** and uber support says driver followed policy at the wrong address, listed incorrect number and I now I am charged for **** I didnt get
