Drivers that does not deliver and leave clients hungry...

I ordered on the 19/10/2021 the pizza special from Romans Pizza. A driver with Registration number KC01 RKGP was suppose to deliver our pizza but never showed up with our order and food. I have two minor children that waited in anticipation for their food and when it was time for them to go to sleep because it is a school week i had to run to make toasted sandwiched because the driver decided not to show up with my food that was ordered. I tried to call him a few times but his phone was off and on voicemail. He probably took my order for himself and decided to eat it. He was close by my house and it said it was 1 minute away. My husband was standing in the cold and waited but nobody came out. I am very disappointed with this service. We order alot from Uber Eats but this really was very disappointing and I will make sure not to be a regular client again as this was uncalled for.
