Drivers *****ing Food and Swearing at Customers

A driver of yours named Bensen in Pretoria stole my food. He called to swear at me because I simply forgot to add the unit number with the order. He didn’t even bother listening to my explanation, he said I won’t get my food. Now Uber wants to ***** my money too. They’re refusing to refund me my R216.69, this isn’t the first time a driver runs with my food and it’s not the first time I’m being told my order isn’t eligible for a refund. This treatment is absolutely appalling!
