Drivers Not Reliable

Uber Eats s****** driver Nelsone is a *****!!! He took cash payment for a KFC Maitland order, and yet my accoun reflects "payment failed".. Meaning I still owe for the "paid" meal!!!. I have sent numerous "help" messages via the app, and no response yet. Will not be using Uber Eats ever!, and would advise against chosing the "cash" option!! There are ******* everywhere!!
