Drivers messing up with our orders

Everytime I pay Uber eats via Eft my foods never arrives the driver would claim his at the addres while he aint there next thing ul get the message of food being delivered to the addres who confirms the code? But funny part when I order and say cash on delivery I'm not having any delivery issues.. And is hard enough to report this issues to Ubereats they hardly solve the problem and won't even help on refunds
