DRIVERS LYING THAT ORDERS ARE DELIVRED, THEY CANCEL AND TAKE THE FOOD FOR THEMSELVES

I ordered Food worth R290.00 on the 26th July, after some time i got a notification that my food has been delivered. When i call Uber Eats they said the driver tried calling me. When i phone to restaurant to check whether he returned the food they said no. MY QUESTION IS WHERE DOES OUR FOOD GO????? SO WE ARE FEEDING THE DRIVERS, THIS IS NONSENSE. The diver cellphone is not going through since 26th July. From now on i will order through the the restaurants and not Uber Eats.
