Drivers lie about delivery and customers just need to accept it is what is

This morning at approximately 8:22 am a driver supposedly left my parcel. I have had the most terrible service dealing with UberEATS. The parcel was left according to the driver notes. However security at reception confirms that he left with the parcel. Not sure if the agents can read however the parcel was not left in a secure place because he took it with him. And this is evident by the image that was taken the supposed safe secure place was on top of his delivery bag. This has been the worst customer service experience I've had and I'm so disappointed as I pay monthly to be an Uber one member.
