Drivers *****ing my food and nobody does nothing

Twice this week I have had these drivers eat my food and the other even left a picture of my food at a location I don’t even know . I got home late from work so I needed to order this week but twice my kids and I have had to sleep hungry and yet I can’t get a refund according to them … what manner of bull**** is this ?
