Drivers are thrives and Uber doesn’t care

I am very ANGRY! This is the second time this happens I bought food from one of your listed restaurants and the driver came in took a picture of my food on the floor and took my food and left with it. What bull**** is this ? Why is the code the last 4 digits of our ****en phone numbers why is it not automated? I want my R200 I am fuming and I am taking this to twitter !
