Drivers and the whole of UberEats are ******

Uber eats and their drivers are the worst. I ordered food but confirmed delivery for the incorrect address. I asked the driver to then bring it to where i was as it was 2 min away from where he was, he kept on going from pillar to post and didn’t want to bring the food to me. I hate the fact that they say my order is not eligible for a refund. The driver is a ***** because he blocked me.
