Driver with no manners

Dear Uber Eats South Africa

We just had one of the worst experiences ever with one of your drivers. the App had changed our home address and our order had been cancelled before the order had been cancelled we had your driver completely ignoring our calls and being very rude to us as well. Is this how your employees talk to customers? you charge so much for a delivery fee but your drivers talk to people like trash.

I want an apology from your driver.
