Driver took my food

Today I had a bad experience with ubereats, ordered at KFC but the driver did not arrive and completed the order , he called me but when I answered he did not talk when I call him back he did not answer. He took my FOOD!!!

Wrote to customer service but they not being helpful at all

I want my money back!!!
