Driver Theft

You should never choose cash delivery! Driver stole my money. First they deliver the completely wrong food, sent him a message before he closed the order on the app and then he decided to mark it as "canceled" instead of "delivered" now he has my cash! but Uber keep insisting "pay by other method" order was "canceled late" but he took my cash! and they have te proof on the app messages, I have proof, but they don't even respond on multiple complaints! So basically they allow theft from drivers!
