Driver stole, took my food

i asked the driver to leave the food with security but he acted like he took the picture and took the food again, security saw him taking the food as he didn’t even leave the food or speak to them. This (uber) driver took the food away how can you guys allow this , he took the picture and took the food again when we speak I asked him to leave the food with security as it took me a while to get downstairs but he didn’t do it because I was delayed to go downstairs as we don’t have electricity the lifts are not working, the fact that he agreed to leave the food with security but didn’t leave the food it means he what he wanted to do now I have to order again bull**** , I need my refund and I will also get a footage for this driver yall are condemning nonsense how do you believe a picture and say my food was delivered when there is a reception and driver could have spoken to the security there this shouldn’t condoned.
