Driver stole my pizza order

An uber eats driver Nandisa stole my order of 2 large pizzas meant for my children's after school lunch. He called me to say he needed verification that it was indeed me who had ordered the pizza but he never delivered the pizza. . To make matters worse looks like the Uber eats office says my order is not eligible for refund meaning they listened to their thieving and lying driver. He never got to our gate as my kids were waiting for him all the time. In future it should not be regretted when we offer to pay cash and not pay afterwards it's behavior like that make us cruel.
