Driver stole my order

I placed an order through Uber eats with Spar ,the driver picked up the order ,gave wrong info to the Spar workers and stole my items.Tried calling the store ,tried calling the driver,complained on the Uber app,no response at all.This is theft and the sad reality is that nothing will be done about this because they think we are fools.
