Driver stole my food: I need my money back

I ordered food at KFC through UberEats, I got a driver by the name of Revocat. Soon as he accepted my order, I sent revocation strict message on how to find me once He reaches my adress. This is also stated on the adress on the Uber. I waited by the parking lot, which is facing the entrance gate. The driver clicked arrived yet there was no sight of him entering the gate. I called him on this number : *** several times with no luck. Messaged him on the app with little to no effort from his side to state where he is. This guy then submitted a slip on the app and stole my food. This is the second time I am experiencing this from uber eats in less than 2 weeks. I am sooo upset that I had to experience such vile and dishonest behaviour from your drivers.
