Driver stole my food

UberEats driver Aubrey Rackson, who collected my order at Spur Maponya mall stole my food. When I laid a complaint on the app, UberEats help center defended the driver saying he followed the correct process & I was not entitled for a refund or my order back. So as a customer I must be ok that I got ****** for food I didn't eat but paid for? This is wrong and unfair . What's gonna happen to the food I bought?
