Driver stole my food

If I could I would rate a negative 0. Their driver left with my food. I contacted their support and they told me it’s not their problem it’s my responsibility. The agent on support ended the chat TWICE!!! Rasif3 could not be bothered to help with refund. Useless service. What a bunch of *****’s
