Driver not delivering the food

I have a ***** or con situation I need to report regarding my order yesterday on uber eat with the account name under Kim miz around 19:00 pm yesterday with the restaurant Hau mei in astlasville . I didn’t receive the order and I was charge for the meal I didn’t get. They claim the driver named George collected it . I did get anything I would appreciate if I get my money back. How can a driver claim order delivered when I didn’t confirm it or share the pin to acknowledge that I did receive the package
