Driver never delivered my food

Driver named Tev ****med me In January he asked for my number when he was on route I provided and he used the last 4 digits as a code and said delivered. I complains tried to track him and called the restaurant uber eats said there's nothing they can do cos driver ended the trip which is unfair and *********. DO NOT ORDER FROM UBER EATS PEDROS Eyethu mall SOWETO They've been trying to sort this matter out even after I provided necessary details nothing was done. So disappointed with the franchise and management .
