Driver left with food

This morning I ordered a pizza from Bin Rashied Woodstock for my husband who works at the dry docks in paarden eiland. The driver called me before he got there and told me that he doesn't have a passport/ID to go in at the docks. After much back and forth, trying to get the food to my husband, who would have had 2 walk 20minutes to get to the gate, I eventually told the driver to leave the food with the security. When mybhusband got there the security informed him that the driver waited a while and then just left with the food. So I ended up spending nearly R200 on food for the driver to take for himself. This is very unprofessional service. I have been using uber eats for some time now and I have never had such bad service before. Are your drivers employed legally? That they don't have identification.
