DRIVER LEFT MY FOOD ON THE TARR ROAD IN A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LOCATION

I am an extremely unhappy client at this point I have never been so angry in my entire life.

THIS IS TRASH SERVICE AND AS OF THIS MOMENT I AM DELETING THIS UNER APP IS IT IS A COMPLETE **** !!!

I ordered from pizza hub today chose my work address as the delivery address and even added into the instructions for the driver that I AM AT WE BUY CARS

The driver called me to confirm if I was at We buy cars I said yes he then said okay I am on my way. Few minutes later he calls again and says he is standing at Trinity school his GPS took him there so I said but you called me to confirm if I am at Webuycars and then the driver said he is standing at Trinity school and he is not going all the way to We buy cars it’s too far.

The driver then sent me a picture of my food in the street !!!!

Literally on the tart road and then you guys send me an email saying I am not eligible for a refund???

How when I did not receive my food I had to order again and pay again !!!

I have been using Uber eats for years and was quite happy with the service until today!!!

I will never use Uber eats ever again !!
