Driver left food in the street or did he?

For the second time an ubereats driver dumps food for delivery on the pavement in the street. No one heard him hoot in the house. I’ve deleted their app for good. I don’t believe this driver left food in the streets. If it’s impossible to try another time, he could hoist it over the fence. The first time this happened the driver went to a wrong address and I still had to foot the bill.
