Driver *****ing food

A guy by the name Desire stole my uber eats order. He picked up the order and never indicated that it was picked up. He just cancelled on his side and another driver had to go pick up my non-existent order that Desire stole. Luckily the new driver, Franck managed to get me a new order. I tried contacting uber eats to report Desire but looks like uber eats doesn't care if their drivers ***** you food.
