Driver doesn't try find delivery location

My driver parked his bike outside in the road. It seems like he just sat in the bike and sent me a message in the app and started the 8-minute count down timer. I don't think he made much effort to find my flat even though I have written fairly comprehensive instructions.

In truth my phone was on and the app was open, but the messages didn't show up. Until after UberEats phoned me.

If the instruction is bring the item in the driver should bring the item in and not send a message and wait outside doing nothing until the timer runs out.
